Canadian Septic is expanding our field team and looking for a reliable, motivated Crew Member to support our septic system installation and excavation projects across the Fraser Valley. About the Role
As a Crew Member, you will be involved in all stages of septic system installation, site preparation, and general excavation support. Every day is different, offering hands-on experience in the field and the chance to work alongside knowledgeable industry professionals. Whether you’re experienced in construction or completely new to the trades, we provide full training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with septic system installations and field preparation
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Help operate and maintain tools, saws, drills, and pipe shears
- Support excavation tasks under crew supervision
- Maintain a positive, safety-focused attitude on every job site
- Communicate professionally during customer interactions
- Work effectively as part of a high-performing crew
Qualifications & Experience
- No experience required — we provide full industry training
- Background in excavation or construction is an asset
- Familiarity with Pocket 3-D software is a plus
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team mindset
- Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying conditions

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- Overtime available during peak seasons
