I highly recommend Canadian Septic. We've had experiences with so many septic companies in the past 20+ years, and Canadian Septic is the best company we've ever worked with! They were very thorough and spent enough time to listen to our concerns and identify issues.When our septic tank alarm went off, we contacted 2-3 different septic companies, but none of them helped when we ended up paying so much for it.But Canadian Septic was so helpful and their team is just amazing!!! Wow, what can I say? He was amazing, start to finish!! We had an issue with our Septic alarm going off on Friday and not draining, due to a faulty control switch. They talked us through getting the pump to work temporarily, so we could use our system over the weekend and save money. Squeezed us into their schedule and fixed the issue quickly on Monday. We really appreciated their level of knowledge, explaining things I didn't know about, or understand prior and level of professionalism, politeness and he even cleaned up and took the garbage away!!
